Congratulations to the entire cast and crew of our first districtwide production of Beauty & the Beast Jr. Our students' hard work, dedication, and talent during this production have left us in awe. We couldn't be more proud of each and every one of them for their outstanding performances this week.
We hope that this production has inspired our students to continue pursuing their passions, both on and off the stage. Once again, congratulations to the entire cast and crew of Beauty & the Beast Jr. for an unforgettable show!

March is Social Work Month! Thank you to our school social workers for all that they do for our students and staff.

The FS Interschool SEPTA is hosting a fundraiser by offering Autism Acceptance T-shirts and sweatshirts for purchase. The online store is live and will stay open until Monday, February 27 @ 11:59pm. The orders will be delivered to schools for
distribution.
In support of World Autism Acceptance Day, students and staff are encouraged to wear their shirt or something blue on Monday, April 3.

Yesterday, some of our students were recognized at the BOE meeting for their efforts and success in the AAUW writing contest.
The AAUW writing contest allowed students from ages 9-11 to express what Democracy means to them.
Way to go!

Writing Awards: Six district students Emily Revello, Luke Giancarlo, Vincent Wu, Jocelyn Kelly, Michael Buck and Tanya Sohal were honored at the American Association of University Women’s Writing Contest Awards Ceremony on Dec. 14. The writing contest invited students from ages 9-11 to express what democracy means to them.

1st grade held their annual candy-inspired "Gingerbread House" event. Parents and grandparents joined in all the fun with their creative building and designing skills. The completed gingerbread houses were wrapped in cellophane to be displayed as holiday centerpieces.
