Franklin Square Elementary School District
Kindergarten Registration
Registration for students entering Kindergarten in September 2026 in the Franklin Square Elementary School District is currently in progress.
All children living in the Franklin Square School District attendance area who will be five years old on or before December 1, 2026 are eligible for Kindergarten.
If your child is already enrolled in our Pre-K program facilitated in our buildings, you are not required to re-register your child for Kindergarten. If your child currently attends Pre-K at our community-based partner, Our Precious Angels, please contact the Registrar to discuss updating your registration.
If you have any questions or if you recently moved into the District and have a child entering Kindergarten next fall, please call the registration office at 516-
481-4100 ext. 3311.
Registration packets are available on the District's website under the District/Central Registration tab, or can be picked up at the District offices.

Please have all the forms completed when you arrive for your appointment.
