Superintendent of Schools Dr. Jared Bloom has been named a recipient of the 2025 Supes' Choice Awards, presented by the Institute for Education Innovation. Dr. Bloom is one of only five distinguished education leaders nationwide to receive this prestigious recognition, which celebrates the most innovative superintendents and organizations transforming K-12 education.
Dr. Bloom received the Media Innovator Award, which specifically honors K-12 superintendents who demonstrate excellence in leveraging media and technology to enhance communication, amplify their district's message and build meaningful community engagement. The award recognizes leaders who go beyond traditional communication methods to create dynamic connections between schools, families and communities.
“I'm honored to receive the Media Innovator Award on behalf of the entire Franklin Square school community,” Dr. Bloom said. “This recognition reinforces our district's commitment to using new and creative ways to engage families, highlight our schools and strengthen trust across the district.”
