Polk Street School’s sixth grade chorus proudly took the stage at the legendary Radio City Music Hall on Nov. 11, as part of the venue’s Sounds of Christmas Experience program. After submitting an a cappella audition recording last school year, the ensemble was selected to perform ahead of the 2 p.m. show that Tuesday.
Thirty-eight talented students represented the school with excellence and enthusiasm, performing “New Year’s Day” by Pentatonix under the direction of vocal music teacher Christina Tuzzolo.
