To promote kindness and anti-bullying values, John Street School hosted an Anti-Bullying Week, from Oct. 23-27. Each day of the week had a different theme for students to participate in.
Anti-Bullying Week kicked off on Monday with “We’re Wild About Caring,” and students and staff dressed in western wear. Students wore a hat or cap on Tuesday for “Hats Off to Upstanders,” wore pajamas on Wednesday for “Put Bullying to Bed,” wore a sports jersey on Thursday for “Team Up Against Bullying,” and wore school spirit shirts or school colors for the final day “JSS Stands Together Against Bullying.”
