Dear Parents,

I am happy to inform you that beginning Tuesday, September 8,  2015, the  Franklin Square  School District will once again be offering a Morning Care Program in addition to  our After-Care Program for students in grades K-6.

The Morning Care Program will begin daily in each building at 7:45 am and end at 8:40 a.m., when students will be released to their classrooms . The monthly fee for the program will be $100 per child, regardless of how many days you send your child to the program. The program will be supervised by current staff members of the Franklin Square School District. Students will be able to socialize, read, complete puzzles and tabletop games. Please understand that homework support will not be provided at this program.

A "grab-and-go" breakfast will be available for children to purchase for an additional fee using their four digit cafeteria pin code. The fee for breakfast is $1.75/day. Cold breakfast items available are bagels, cereal, Nutrigrain bar, fruit, juice and milk. Please note that breakfast will not be available the last two days of school (June 22-23, 2016) as those are half days for students and there is no cafeteria service on those days.

Parents will be required to bring their children to the program. Transportation will not be provided.

Please complete the attached registration form, first month's payment and return it to the main office of your school if you are interested in having your child participate in the Morning Care Program . If you register by June 19th, you will receive a $20 discount off September's bill. Registration will close on Thursday, August 20th.

We look forward to seeing you in September!
